Ruam records
- Work time only: inside the shift for people on one, otherwise from the first active minute (on Free, from one tap on Start my day).
- The app in front, and on the web the site name and page title. On the desktop app, sites are off until the person turns them on.
- Never screenshots, screen recordings, keystrokes, mouse movement, audio, video or webcam.
- Managers see hours, status and breaks. They never see page titles.
Rize records
- App names, URLs and window titles.

Does Rize take screenshots?
No. Rize states it has no screenshots, recordings or keystroke tracking. Ruam has none either, so the difference is team features and price.
Is Ruam cheaper than Rize?
For 10 people, Rize Team on monthly billing is $399.90 a month and Ruam is $39 on Starter or $99 on Team. For two people, Rize Team is $79.98 monthly against Ruam Starter at $39.
Does Rize work on Windows?
Yes, Windows 10 and 11. So does Ruam, with its Windows app from the Microsoft Store.
What is Rize's seat minimum?
Rize Team has a two seat minimum. Ruam has no per person charge.
