1. Our Goal
We want ruam.ai to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, so that people can read it and use it however they browse. This is our goal, not a claim that we have reached it. No third party has audited the site.
2. What We Do
- Everything on the site can be reached and used with a keyboard, and a skip link jumps past the menu.
- Keyboard focus is always visible.
- We respect the reduced motion setting on your device. With it on, animations do not play and everything shows in its finished state.
- Text is set to contrast well with its background.
- Pages work on a phone as narrow as 360 pixels, without sideways scrolling.
- Product views have text alternatives for people using a screen reader.
3. Known Limits
- Some interactive demos are illustrations of sample data, not live product screens. They are not as complete for screen reader users as the text around them.
- The legal pages are long. Each has a table of contents to help you move around.
4. Scope
This statement covers ruam.ai. The Ruam web app and the desktop apps are covered separately, and we are improving them as we go.
5. Tell Us About a Problem
If something on ruam.ai is hard to use, email support@ruam.ai with the page, what went wrong, and the device or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within two business days.
