Is there an Insightful alternative without screenshots?

Yes. Ruam has no screenshot feature on any plan. Insightful includes screenshots and lets admins disable them.

What is Insightful's stealth mode?

Its help center describes a Stealth mode for company computers. In Stealth mode employees cannot see their own dashboard. Ruam has no hidden mode.

Is Ruam cheaper than Insightful?

For 25 people, Insightful Workforce Analytics at $8 a seat billed annually is $200 a month and Ruam Team is $99. Insightful Combo at $16 is $400. For one to four people, Insightful Workforce Analytics costs less than Ruam Starter at $39.
