Does Ruam count time outside a shift?
No. For people on a shift, Ruam counts inside the shift plus the overtime window your team sets, up to 60 minutes. Work outside that isn't counted.
Can a shift cross midnight?
Yes. Overnight shifts are counted as one shift, in the person's own time zone.
Can people ask to change a shift?
Yes. A change request goes to the approvals list, and the manager approves or declines it.
Which plan has shifts?
Shifts and schedules are on Team ($99 a month, unlimited people) and Business. Teams get 7 days free, no card.
