Ruam in your AI assistant, on every plan

Ask Ruam about your time from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any assistant that supports MCP. Free, Solo and Starter ask questions. From Team up, it also makes changes you confirm. Higher plans get higher daily limits. Assistants get hours, names and short notes, never sites, page titles, break times or leave reasons.

  • Invoicing and payments, every paid plan

    You will be able to turn tracked hours into invoices, send them to clients, and get paid online by card through Stripe or through PayPal. Ruam will never take a cut; you will only pay their usual fees. Business will add recurring invoices, retainers, multiple currencies, and Xero and QuickBooks sync.

  • Slack

    On every plan, you will be able to start and end your day from Slack, and your Slack status will update itself. From Team up, you will approve time off and timesheets in Slack and get your team's daily summary in a channel. Slack will only ever show hours, status and breaks, never sites, apps or page titles.

Will my team feel watched?

No. Ruam never takes screenshots or logs keystrokes. Each person sees their own day first, managers never see page titles, and breaks are shown, never scored.

Is switching tools a whole project?

No. Import your team from a CSV, set shifts, and tell people what changes. Founding teams get white-glove onboarding free, and we set it up with you.

Are we too small for this?

No. Free is free forever for one person, Solo is $6 a month, and Starter is $39 a month for up to 10 people. One flat price as you grow.

Which plan is right for me?

Free and Solo are for one person: Free to see your own day, Solo if you bill clients. For a team, Starter covers up to 10 people with hours and projects. Team adds shifts, approvals, time off and Reports. Business adds client rates, margins and client reports. Enterprise is set up with us.

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. Free is for one person, with no card and no time limit. You keep your day, your week and the Daily Recap, with your last 30 days. Move to Solo or a team plan only when you want more.

How does the 7-day trial work?

Try Ruam for free and your team gets 7 days with up to 10 people and no card. When it ends, you pick a plan to keep going. If you sign up as just you, you get 7 days of Solo, then your account moves to Free and keeps counting.

Is the price per person?

No. Every team plan is one flat price for the whole team. Starter allows up to 10 people, counting anyone with an invite still open. Team and Business have unlimited people.

Who counts as a person?

Everyone you add to your team: owners, admins, managers and members. Free and Solo are for one person only.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel in your account settings or by writing to support@ruam.ai. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Paid plans export hours as CSV, by person or by project, and Business adds CSV by client. Any account can export its own data as a file from Settings.

What can a manager see?

Hours, status, breaks, schedules, and time by project and client. Managers never see page titles. A person's sites and apps are shared when that person shares them, or when the review date passes and the team's sharing setting applies.

Does any plan take screenshots?

No. Ruam takes no screenshots on any plan, and it never logs keystrokes or mouse movements.
