The best Harvest alternative depends on what you need from it. Harvest Teams is $9 a seat a month billed annually, so 25 people cost $225 a month and 50 cost $450, and its pricing page says "The usage of some features may require the payment of fees." For a team on shifts that wants one flat price, Ruam Team is $99 for unlimited people, approvals included. Harvest approvals need Enterprise at $14 a seat. For a lower per-seat price, Clockify. If you still need invoicing, expenses and estimates, Harvest is stronger today.
